The JCB VM58D is a compact 5.4 Tonne single drum soil compactor. Operating weight is 5,400kg with engine torque of 55kw. Compaction frequency is 31HZ. Front section weight 2,700kg. Designed for trench backfill and confined construction sites. Compaction for granular fill and sub-base layers using direct independent hydraulic wheel drive.
 
Both models are equipped with EU stage V diesel engines, ensuring low emissions while maximising efficiency and compaction
